On this page you can download the postal entry form and the presentation document for the 2009 Edition of the contest.
These documents require Adobe Reader software. If you do not have this software you can download it for free on Adobe Reader’s website. For postal entries, download and print 1 or more entry form(s) and send it/them completed before September 28, 2009, along with your songs on audio CD(s), data CD and/or data DVDs with the lyrics sheets if you are entering the Best Lyrics (and music) category, to: 100% Music Songwriting Contest 6 rue Joubert BP 55116 49051 ANGERS CEDEX 2 FRANCE We can also send entry forms by e-mail or mail along with the presentation document and the Rules and Regulations of the contest. You can request them via the contact page by choosing the 'Entry Form Request' option if you would like to receive them by mail, and the 'Entry Information' option if you would to receive them by e-mail. |
